Safe2Drive Driving School is licensed as a driver training school under the Motor Vehicle Act.

One-on-One Instruction: All practical driving lessons are provided on a strict 1-on-1 basis between the student and a certified driving instructor. No other passengers or observers will be present in the vehicle during lesson time without prior written consent.
Practice Time: Students will receive the full duration of practical driving time specified in their selected package (e.g., 60 or 90 minutes per session).
Student Requirements: Students must hold and carry a valid BC Driver’s Licence (Class 7L, 7N, 5L, or 5) for every lesson. Lessons begin and end at pre-arranged pickup/drop-off locations within our service area.
Guarantees: Completion of training or usage of our service does not guarantee the issuance of a driver's licence.

All fees for individual lessons, packages, and vehicle rentals are clearly itemized on our Packages Page.
An itemized statement of services and a receipt will be issued for all payments made.

Notice Required: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a practical driving lesson.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $20 late cancellation fee.
No-Show Fee: If a student fails to appear for a scheduled lesson within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice, the full lesson fee will be charged.
Instructor/Weather Cancellations: If Safe2Drive must cancel a lesson due to severe weather, vehicle maintenance, or instructor illness, the lesson will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

Notice of Withdrawal: Students may withdraw from a course or package by delivering written notice via email or text.
Pre-Training Refunds: Requests made before any practical lessons have commenced will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
Pro-rated Refunds: If training has commenced, a pro-rated refund will be issued for remaining unused lessons calculated at the single-lesson rate, minus the $25 administrative fee.
Expiry: All lesson packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase. No refunds are granted after 30 days. Completed lessons are strictly non-refundable.

Prerequisite: Students requesting to rent a Safe2Drive vehicle for an ICBC practical road test must complete at least one practical driving lesson with our school prior to the test date.
Road Test Booking Consent: In compliance with ICBC Road Test Booking Terms, Safe2Drive will only book, alter, or manage an ICBC road test appointment on a student's behalf after receiving a signed ICBC Student Consent and Release Form (DTC205).
Deposit & Notice: Road test rentals must be booked at least 48 hours in advance with a non-refundable $60 deposit. Cancellations of road test bookings with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the full road test package fee.
Notice of Cancellation: If a student no longer requires a road test booked by the school, notice must be provided immediately to allow cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the test time.
